- Challenging the barriers facing the most disempowered
- Generating a receptive environment for people to achieve
- Valuing creativity as the force for renewal and regeneration
- Providing space and conditions for discovery
- Providing responsiveness to meet personal needs
- Generating capacity to deal with the unknown
The Nurture programme will delivered through two distinct programmes:
- Artist Development Programme/One to One Advice programme
- Advising on the promotion of work
- Offering Fundraising advice
- Assisting artists in the growth of their teaching work
- Involvement in UK wide education/ performance initiatives
- Brokering partnerships
Training for Professionals
To develop a programme, which achieves accredited training for teachers and more advanced community participant's via the Open College Network and other accreditation schemes.
